My gift to you…
Free Affirmation Cards
Words of encouragement and wisdom for moms of traumatized children.
What you do matters!
Parenting kids who experienced early childhood trauma can be a tough and lonely road. The weeks are long and the days are hard. It’s very easy to get frustrated, overwhelmed, discouraged…and a whole lot more.
It is also very easy to lose sight of who we are and what this journey is all about.
As a mom of some tough kids myself, I want you to know that if you’re doing the best you can with what you know, it is enough and you’re doing just fine. No one is perfect and no one gets it right all the time.
I hope these little cards will help you remember you’re not alone in this fight, what you are doing matters, YOU matter, and the journey is worth it.
How to use the cards…
You can also punch a hole it the top corner of each card, bind them with a metal ring, and create your own flipbook. This is my favorite way to use these cards. When tensions run high and sanity runs low, I like to grab my little bundle of cards and slowly flip through them as I allow my own nervous system and emotions to settle. Things tend to go a whole lot smoother when I do this before engaging with my struggling child!

Healing really is possible!
My family is living proof of it. No, we’re not perfect and yes, we still have “stuff” related to early childhood trauma exposure every day. We are, however, no longer stuck in perpetual crisis mode. My kids are light years from where they used to be and our family went from broken and nearly shattered to better than ever.
Given the right support, tools, skills, and information, this same healing can happen for you and your family.
Let’s make it happen!
In case we haven’t met yet, I’m Diana. In addition to being a mom of traumatized kids, I’m also a certified parent and family coach.
I help exhausted moms of traumatized, substance-exposed, or mentally ill kids restore peace, reclaim hope, leave the trenches of chaos, and create positive and lasting change for themselves and their entire family.
As a mom of kids who struggle RAD, FASD, Complex PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, and more, I know first-hand how overwhelming, devastating, and downright scary this life can be. Our family is living proof that healing can and does happen, though.
I have a passion for helping hurting and frustrated moms find their way out of darkness and chaos and enjoy a greater sense of connection, peace, and harmony in their lives and in their homes.
I found my way out and I’d love to help you find your way out, too!
